Khinkali is one of the symbols and prides of Georgian cuisine - several subtle nuances must be deciphered in their preparation, which make every Georgian famous in his circles who has managed to prove himself in this mastery. Pelmeni, on the other hand, are similar in texture to khinkali, but with several important differences, which you will have the opportunity to understand in the master class on how to prepare both dishes. During the preparation, it is planned to use cold vodka cooled in the freezer, which will be possible to taste at the same time, so the master class is open to persons from the age of 20 or to children, if the participants refuse to drink alcohol. As the talks gather momentum, more and more heated discussions are expected about kitchen secrets and other intriguing topics.
